We understand being a senior on a fixed income isn't always easy.

So we have designed a Weekly Seniors Foodbox (TM) with meat, vegetables & fruit to be delivered to your door (weekly). 

Available in Ottawa & Gatineau only at present.

Includes the following:

1 x chef prepared chicken potpie 4 pieces (2meals)

2 x 400gr extra lean ground beef (2meals)

2 x 6oz baseball steaks aged 40 days for maximum tenderness (1meal)

2 x premium pork tenderloin (1meal)

All vegetables and fruits are brought in daily to ensure freshness 

1 x iceberg lettuce 

2 x fieldhouse tomatoes 

1 x green onion 

1 x red pepper 

1 x green pepper 

4 x large red potatoes 

1 x broccoli 

1 x 8oz mushrooms
